Goals & Vision
Our goal is to empower young girls in the St. Augustine community by developing their talents and confidence through the sport of softball. We strive to encourage participation in and bring awareness to softball programs and ensure that no child is left out due to financial barriers by providing support for registration fees and equipment. Our vision is to create a dedicated full-service softball complex, complete with an indoor training facility, featuring areas for practice, a classroom for learning, and offices for administration. This facility will be a resource for local teams, homeschool groups, after-school programs, and private training sessions, fostering growth and opportunity for youth in our community through the power of sports. The outdoor field space will host teams for practices and games as well as provide an opportunity to bring local and regional tournaments to our area.

Softball Team Sponsorship
STA On The Field had the honor of sponsoring our first Jr. Minor Softball team for a local St. Augustine based program in the 2024 Fall season. We will continue to sponsor teams to support our community.
Community Outreach
We will work hand-in-hand with our local schools and homeschool programs to partner together for our cause. We look forward to the opportunities our local schools can provide young athletes in our community.
